Refund requests will only be processed if the customer contacts us within 48 hours of purchase.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible.

We may NOT approve a refund if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You purchased by mistake

  • You expected something different without reading details

  • You downloaded/used the digital files

  • You contacted after the 48-hour window
